We have held education concepts of “realizing one’s potential is success,” and “love is the dominating power of education,” for improving education quality and student learning efficiency. To accomplish the aforementioned missions, colleagues work to offer three aspects: “Diverse Learning”, “High-quality Service”, and “Bilingual Environment”.

1.Diverse Learning: to promote double major, minor and interdisciplinary programs; to encourage students applying for duel bachelor-master degrees, as well as transferring from Master’s to Doctoral Program without Completing Master’s Requirements in order to be more efficient in studies.

2. High-quality Service: By prioritizing mindset in people-oriented service, improving the procedure of service, optimizing the function of the system, and promoting administrative efficiency.

3. Bilingual Environment: Implementing the bilingual campus environment, which includes related regulations, academic documents, online information systems, and announcements on campus, to enhance the quality of administrative services in support of internationalization.
