(1) Application: Each academic year, starting from the second semester, each college recommends candidates.

(2) Basic threshold: Candidates must have taught at the university for at least three years when recommended by their respective unit.

(3) Review and on-site inspections will be conducted in May.

(4)After selection and approval in June, the results will be announced, and rewards will be issued.
