We formulated a policy, Rewards for English Teaching, to encourage teachers to teach in English and enhance students’ English ability. We have established Programs for English Teachers Studying Overseas: each institute designates teachers to have training at an overseas professional language center, in order to enhance CYCU’s English teaching ability and also train the potential teachers in promoting English teaching.
