As an alumnus of Chung Yuan Mechanical Engineering, I have always believed in creating a win-win scenario where teaching and learning benefit each other. In my classes, I utilize diverse instructional methods to lay a solid professional foundation for my students, maintaining a rigorous yet patient approach to help them overcome learning obstacles. Leading by example, I practice the philosophy of “holistic education” to guide students in developing a proper learning attitude and cultivating their problem-solving skills. When students actively innovate and think critically as they achieve success, their positive feedback becomes the ultimate source of my continuous passion for teaching. Looking ahead, I hope to always stay true to my original aspiration—continuing to sow the seeds of hope, walking alongside my students as they flourish in their professional fields, and confidently embracing future challenges.
