In recent years, I have primarily taught required and elective courses for senior undergraduate students in the Department of International Business. In response to the evolving educational environment and students’ changing learning needs, I have integrated innovative teaching approaches, including Problem-Based Learning (PBL), Team-Based Learning (TBL), and emerging technologies, into my course design to enhance students’ learning motivation, classroom engagement, and problem-solving abilities.
Although implementing innovative teaching requires considerably more time and effort, witnessing students’ growth in learning attitudes, academic performance, and classroom participation has reinforced my belief in the value of teaching innovation. Their positive feedback continues to inspire me to refine and improve my teaching practices. I remain committed to maintaining my passion for education while continuously reflecting on and enhancing my instructional approaches, with the goal of helping students achieve deeper, more meaningful, and practice-oriented learning outcomes.

近期主要教授國際貿易學系大四必修與選修課程。因應教育環境與學生學習需求的改變，課程融入 PBL、TBL 及新興科技等創新教學策略，以提升學生的學習動機、課堂參與及問題解決能力。雖然創新教學需投入更多時間與心力，但學生在學習態度、能力表現及課堂回饋上的成長，讓我深刻體會教學創新的價值，也成為持續精進教學的重要動力。我始終秉持教育熱忱與初心，透過不斷反思與精進教學設計，期望引導學生獲得更深刻且具實踐性的學習成效。
