Starting out with enthusiasm in teaching, I encountered numerous challenges and uncertainties. However, these difficulties motivated continuous learning and growth, pushing me to seek better teaching methods and strategies. Through interaction and feedback from students, I gradually understood the uniqueness and needs of each student.

As time passed, I witnessed the progress and achievements of my students. They made breakthroughs in their profession and demonstrated confidence and perseverance in personal growth. Seeing them transition from confusion to finding their interests and goals brings me the greatest satisfaction and joy.

Education is not an instant success but a continuous process. It involves guiding students with patience, care, love, and understanding. At the end of each academic year, it’s a moment for reflection on teaching methods and effectiveness, preparing oneself for the next academic year.

一開始充滿熱情地投入到教學中,但也面臨著許多困難和不確定。然而,這些困難激勵著不斷學習和成長,尋找更好的教學方法和策略。透過與學生的互動和反饋,漸漸理解每個學生的獨特性和需求。

隨著時間的推移,看到了學生的進步和成就。他們在專業上取得了突破,也在個人成長上展現出自信和堅毅。看到他們從迷茫到找到自己的興趣和目標,是我最大的滿足和喜悅。

教育並非一蹴而就,而是一個持續的過程。透過耐心和關懷,並懷著愛心和理解來引導學生。每個學年的結束都是一個時刻,反思自己的教學方法和效果,並為下一個學年做好準備。
