Each student possesses unique talents, and education aims to foster individuals who are enthusiastic seekers of knowledge, find joy in learning, and develop their potential while discovering their interests. Encouraging students to interact with peers can stimulate their motivation to learn, leading to a virtuous cycle that enhances academic performance. Concreteizing abstract theories helps cultivate problem-solving skills. It’s anticipated that students will enhance their professional competence through absorbing the essence of the curriculum, thereby fostering critical thinking and creativity and igniting their passion for exploring professional knowledge. Valuing the valuable feedback students provide in teaching is essential, as it allows continual improvement of teaching skills based on their insights.

每位學生都有自己的特長,教育是要讓學生成為一位擁有求知熱忱及學習樂趣的人、發展個人的潛力、找到自己的興趣。鼓勵學生透過同儕之間互動激發學習動機,藉此產生良性循環、提升學習成績,並將抽象的理論具體化培養解決問題的能力。期待學生藉由課程精華的吸取提升專業素養,進而培養個人思考力與原創力,激發學生對專業知識探索的熱誠。珍惜學生在教學上給予的寶貴教學意見,藉學生寶貴意見可以持續精進個人教學技能。
