皮世明
In recent years, I have primarily taught required and elective courses for senior undergraduate students in the Department of International Business. In response to the evolving educational environment and students’ changing learning needs, I have integrated innovative teaching approaches, including Problem-Based Learning (PBL), Team-Based Learning (TBL), and emerging technologies, into my course design to enhance students’ learning motivation, classroom engagement, and problem-solving abilities. Although implementing innovative teaching requires considerably more time and effort, witnessing students’ growth in learning attitudes, academic performance, and classroom participation has reinforced my belief in the value of teaching innovation. Their positive feedback continues to inspire me to refine and improve my teaching practices. I remain committed to maintaining my passion for education while continuously reflecting on and enhancing my instructional approaches, with the goal of helping students achieve deeper, more meaningful, and practice-oriented learning outcomes.
