Teaching is one of the core missions of a university professor and should help students develop solid professional competence during their university education. This teaching philosophy emphasizes strong foundations in engineering, self-directed learning abilities, and a sense of social responsibility. Through systematic course design, the integration of theory and practice, and diverse forms of guidance, students are encouraged to transform their knowledge of mathematics and science into practical engineering capabilities. 教學是大學教師最核心的使命之一，應協助學生在大學階段建立紮實的專業能力。我的教學理念著重培養學生具備工程基礎、自主學習能力與社會責任感，並透過系統化的課程設計、理論與實作整合及多元輔導，引導學生將數理知識轉化為實務工程能力，並也鼓勵學生參與專題、競賽、研究與國際交流，從實作中建立自信、探索未來方向，並結合科技發展與產業趨勢，陪伴學生累積真正能帶得走的能力。
