Most of the physics students at Chung Yuan Christian University are diligent in their studies and exhibit humility and respect in their interactions, including with their teachers. In my teaching approach, I constantly remind myself to view students’ learning processes positively and refrain from imposing my own values onto them. Instead, I strive to encourage and praise students while avoiding negative language. Throughout the teaching process, I endeavor to maintain a constructive interaction with students, allowing them to accumulate sufficient professional knowledge through the course and gradually achieve self-affirmation and personal growth.
大多數的中原物理系學生都很努力學習,待人謙恭有禮,對老師也十分有禮貌。在教學上,我時時提醒自己要正面看待學生的學習過程,不要將自己的價值觀套用在學生身上,對學生能多鼓勵、稱讚,避免使用負面的言詞。在授課的過程中,設法與學生保持良性的互動,讓學生能透過課程學習的過程累積足夠的專業知識,並能逐步的實現自我肯定和成長進步。
