After over a decade of teaching in the Chung Yuan, I have come to realize that teaching is a process of learning: learning how to teach, learning to respect and be professional. Through interaction, I have learned to establish respect for the profession and cultivate students’ professional spirit through mindfulness, ethics, and responsible behavior. I have also become aware of the power differences between teachers and students, and treat my students with integrity. When dealing with different types of students, I have also learned to be inclusive and diverse, ensuring that all types of students can learn effectively through different experiences, perspectives, and case sharing. The feedback and achievements of my students are the greatest motivation for me to continue to fully unleash my personal potential.
