Teaching is like sowing seeds. Each semester, every student who comes to your course brings with them a plot of land. Your words and knowledge are like seeds scattered on these fields. Maybe they won’t bloom immediately, but the right opportunities may trigger them to sprout. Therefore, every time I step onto the podium, I do so with mindfulness, because my words and actions may silently influence a student in the audience. And I believe that those who will be affected are the ones whose hearts can receive love and attention.
