1.注重方法訓練,以及專業者的品格與態度養成。
2.注重釐清議題與價值本質,跳脫既有慣習的包袱,從上游出發來獲得更高位的原創力。   
3.強調跨領域多元學習,注重知識的整合性。
4.強調真實議題與實際操做,注重地景專業教育與實務應用之間的鏈結與回饋。

認為地景具多元面向,因此地景建築專業者應具備哲學家的思維,以明辨價值與事情的本質。工程師的訓練,能夠有求真的精神、務實的態度和實踐理想所需要的方法、知識與技術。非常重要的是還需要擁有一顆藝術家的心,致力追求創意與美。 《閱讀地景的五個維度》

  1. Emphasize methodological training as well as the cultivation of professional character and attitude.
  2. Focus on clarifying the essence of issues and values, encouraging students to break free from conventional approaches and think critically from an upstream perspective to foster creativity and originality.
  3. Promote interdisciplinary and diverse learning, with an emphasis on the integration of knowledge.
  4. Highlight real-world issues and hands-on practice, stressing the connection and feedback between landscape professional education and practical application.

Believes that a landscape professional should think like a philosopher, distinguishing the nature and value of things while acting like an engineer, embodying ideals through valid methods, knowledge, and techniques.
