I see the classroom as a dynamic platform for learning. Through my guidance, students engage in discussions, organize their fragmented thoughts, and gradually develop coherent arguments that others can understand and appreciate. This process can expands their perspectives on societal diversity and fosters a deeper understanding of social and cultural contexts.
I expect myself to provide students with essential nourishment. While students acquire professional knowledge in their disciplines, it’s crucial that they also develop mental maturity necessary to navigate life effectively. Without this balance, individuals may possess professional expertise but lack the personal resilience and empathy needed to positively impact both themselves and others
I aspire to empower students not only with knowledge but with enduring skills that they can apply throughout their lives.
我將課堂視為一個平台。學生透過我的帶領,經由相互討論,來回整理自己片段的想法,逐步形成有條理的論述,讓他人聽懂理解,如此得以擴展對社會多元現象的思考角度,進而對所處的社會文化有更深入的理解。
我期許自己在課堂上傳授養分。學生在系所學習專業知能,若沒有足夠的養分讓自己長成一個心智成熟的個體,極有可能成為一個空有專業知能但內在空洞,對自身與他人造成負面影響的社會公民。
我希望帶給學生的不只是知識,而是可以帶著走,用一輩子的能力。
