I believe teachers are like vital supports, continuously running alongside students in the marathon of acquiring knowledge. In the classroom, demonstrating enthusiasm for teaching and knowledge serves as a starting point to encourage students to engage in learning. The motivation to keep students going on this learning journey lies in helping them see the connection between knowledge and life. Continuously providing various examples and practical exercises to fuel their enthusiasm is a strategy and means I often employ. For me, teaching is a process that requires constant self-learning. I encounter students with diverse needs and characteristics, and their feedback and expressions in the classroom serve as crucial motivation for me to continuously adjust and invest in my teaching.

我覺得老師就像是帶著學生在學習知識這段馬拉松旅程的持續往前跑的重要支持。在課程中,對學生展現出自身教學與知識的熱情,會是一個讓學生願意下場嘗試投入學習的起點。而讓學生願意持續在學習這條路跑下去的動力,就是幫助他們看見知識與生活間的關係,而不斷透過提供各種案例與實作,幫學生補充加油添火,則是我常使用的策略與手段。對我而言,教學是一個需要不斷自我學習的過程,我會需要不斷面對不同需求與不同特質的學生,而學生在課堂中的回饋與眼神,就是我讓我持續調整與投入的重要動力。
