In order to expand teachers’ comprehensive education and enhance the professional knowledge of education, we promote multiple courses for development. Including teaching strategies exploration, teaching observation, cross-field learning and exploration of teaching issues in order to share these experiences and strategies of teaching and boost teachers’ self-development. We also invite each institute’s lecturers, visiting professors and retired teachers to share their personal learning experiences, teaching research and history in order to benefit teachers’ careers and development
