梁竣瓘

Understanding students’ learning needs has always been at the heart of my teaching philosophy. Guided by this principle, I design courses based on students’ requirements or extend course content into areas that interest them. Throughout the teaching process, I provide timely responses to students’ feedback and, in doing so, cultivate their abilities for independent thinking and research. I enjoy listening to students’ voices and often put myself in the position of a learner to better understand the difficulties they encounter. In the classroom, I strive to discover each student’s unique strengths and actively encourage them to develop their talents, accompanying and guiding them as they accomplish their learning goals. In this era of rapid AI development, I closely follow new trends in education and continually seek to enhance my teaching by embracing lifelong learning and refining my courses.

了解學生的學習需求,始終是我教學理念的核心。在這個理念下,我為學生開設所需的課程,或將課程內容延伸到學生感興趣的領域。在教學過程中即時回應學生的學習反饋,並從中培養其獨立思考與研究能力。我樂於傾聽學生的聲音,更化身為學習者了解學生的學習難點。於課堂中發現學生的光,並積極鼓勵其發揮所長,進而陪伴並引導他們完成學習任務。在AI的快速發展的時代下,關注教育新趨勢,持續學習進而精進課程。
