陳乃瑜

My teaching approach emphasizes inspiring students and conveying the legislative intent and objectives behind each legal system. This helps students better understand complex legal frameworks. I also incorporate interactive teaching methods to engage students more deeply.
I believe that legal education should not only equip students with professional knowledge and skills but also cultivate their ability to think independently and solve problems. One of my favorite quotes to share with students in class is:
“Answers that come easily are often not cherished. Only those gained through your own hard thinking can truly nourish you.”
Many people assume that legal education is all about rote memorization of statutes. However, I strive to show students that human memory is limited and short-lived. Only by truly understanding the underlying meaning of legal provisions can one retain knowledge permanently and apply it flexibly.

我的教學特色著重於對學生的啟發、傳遞每個法體系背後所欲達成之立法目的及宗旨,以幫助學生理解複雜之法體系以及互動式的教學。
我認為法學教育不僅是要奠定同學的法律專業能力及知識,更必須培養獨立思考與解決問題能力。“輕而易舉所得到的答案,不會被珍惜”“只有透過自己努力思考後所得到的答案才能成為你們的養分”,是我最喜歡在課堂上跟學生分享的話語。
一般人都會認為法學教育是不段的背誦法條,但我想告訴學生的是,人的記憶是有限的、是短暫的,唯有真正理解法律條文所想要傳達的訊息,才能永不忘卻,也才能舉一反十。
