During my years of teaching at Chung Yuan Christian University, I’ve found that most students are eager to learn and enhance their professional skills. However, transitioning from the structured learning of high school to the self-directed environment of university can be challenging. Some students lose focus or motivation, and later face anxiety about their career path after graduation—a journey I personally relate to.
With this in mind, I approach teaching not just as an instructor, but as someone who has walked the same path. I integrate my research expertise into lectures, making theories more applicable through empirical findings. I encourage students to transform what they learn into viable research ideas. Through interactive teaching and open discussions, I aim to spark interest and deepen their understanding—ultimately improving their learning outcomes.

在授課的幾年中,發現中原大學學生普遍願意學習專業知識,提升自我專業能力。但由高中端跨至學風開放強調自主學習的大學端,確實有許多學生會有分心在其他事務,與學習動機降低的問題,畢業前又會面臨就業或找不到未來方向的壓力,其實就跟我以前一樣!因此在教學上我會以過來人的心情為基底,融入自己研究領域發現於上課內容中,不要只是教授課本上的理論,而是可以結合研究實證發現,鼓勵學生延伸課程教學理論形成可行研究計畫,最後多點與學生教學互動調味,學生學習成效就有機會提升。
