張耀仁

Professor Chang believes that the greatest sense of achievement in teaching comes from seeing students learn how to learn, rather than simply memorizing knowledge. In the field of electronic engineering, he advocates for the importance of solving real engineering problems, emphasizing the connection between course content and career development. This approach can inspire student motivation and prevent students from feeling lost about why they are studying.
He also patiently responds to students’ curiosity, positioning himself as a learning resource and bridge for his students. He believes that simply attending classes is insufficient for learning AI, especially since AI is well-suited for solving real-world challenges. Therefore, he places great emphasis on hands-on practice in class and homework assignments. Beyond lesson preparation, he invests even more time in designing homework problems. After each class, he always looks forward to grading student assignments, and when he discovers exceptional work, he immediately wants to contact the author to arrange for other students to observe and learn from it.
He values teaching quality and cherishes the teacher-student relationship, inspiring student growth while growing together with his students.

張老師認為教學的最大成就感是看到學生學會如何學習,而非記住知識。在電子工程領域,他主張解決真實工程問題的重要性,著重課程內容與職涯的連結,如此可以激發學生動機,使學生不再不知為何而戰。
他耐心回應學生的好奇心,把自己當成學生的學習資源和橋樑。他認為學習AI光是上課是不足的,尤其AI適合用來解決真實的挑戰,所以張老師非常重視學生課堂上動手實作與回家作業,除了備課他投入更多的時間設計作業問題,每次上完課總是期待批改學生的作業,發現好的作品就會立刻想聯繫作者安排同學觀摩。
張老師重視教學品質也珍視師生情誼,啟發學生成長也與學生一起成長。
