丁郁宏

As an educator, I deeply understand that teaching is not merely the transmission of knowledge, but a process of igniting students’ passion for learning and inspiring their vision for the future. Every time I see students identify key problems through hands-on practice or spark new ideas through teamwork, it reaffirms my commitment to education. Amid the rapid advancements in smart manufacturing and artificial intelligence, I strive to integrate digital tools and innovative approaches into my teaching, enabling students not only to learn “how to do” but also to understand “why they do it.” Education is a journey of mutual growth, and I am devoted to walking alongside my students, helping them become engineers who are both competent and compassionate.

身為一位教育者,我深知教學不僅是知識的傳遞,更是點燃學生學習熱情、啟發未來想像的過程。每當看到學生在實作中找到問題的關鍵、在團隊合作中彼此激盪想法,便更加堅定我投入教育的初心。在智慧製造與AI快速發展的浪潮中,我努力將數位工具與創新方法融入教學,讓學生不只是學會「怎麼做」,更理解「為什麼做」。教育,是一場相互成長的旅程,我願持續用心耕耘,陪伴學生成為有能力也有溫度的工程人才。
