Since I started teaching at Chung Yuan Christian University, I’ve had the chance to grow alongside my students. I believe every student has the potential to achieve their dreams, and my job is to help them see more, explore further, and build confidence along the way. I care deeply about guiding students to think independently, stay motivated, and solve problems. I also try to connect what we learn in class to the real world. Moving forward, I’ll keep listening to students’ needs, answering their questions with patience, and improving my teaching through open conversations. Teaching helps me grow too—and that’s what makes it so meaningful.

自從在中原大學生科系任教以來，我有幸陪伴許多學生在學習與人生中成長，也從中獲得豐富的啟發與收穫。我始終相信，每位學生都有潛力實現自己的目標與夢想，而身為老師，我的責任就是幫助他們看得更廣、更遠，並在他們前行的路上，建立信心、提供指引與支持。

「引導學生思考並提升自信」、「激發學習動機與問題解決能力」、「縮短學術與產業之間的距離」，始終是我堅持的教育理念。未來我也會持續鞭策自己，更加用心傾聽學生的需求與困難，耐心解答疑惑，接納不同的意見與建議，透過討論與溝通不斷調整教學方式，期盼學生能在學習中收穫更多，也讓我在這過程中持續精進，實踐真正的「教學相長」。
