Throughout nearly a decade of teaching, I have upheld the guiding principle of inspiring, educating, and clarifying, continuously reflecting on how my teaching can truly enlighten students and support their academic and personal journeys. Each course— shaped by distinct student backgrounds and learning styles—naturally cultivates a unique rhythm and dynamic, transforming the classroom into a space of vibrant interaction and mutual growth. Students’ questions and feedback have been pivotal in motivating my professional development. Being honored once again as an Outstanding Teaching Faculty Member is a tremendous privilege, further affirming my commitment to deepening my practice in teaching, research, and student mentorship while staying true to the calling of a dedicated educator.
當老師近十年,我始終以「傳道、授業、解惑」自勉,也不斷思索教學如何真正啟發學生、並延伸至他們的學術與人生旅程。隨著不同課程背景與學生特質的組合,每堂課都自然發展出獨特的節奏與互動樣貌,這種充滿變化與生命力的課堂動態,使教學成為一場彼此激盪、共學共成的歷程。學生的提問與回饋,是我精進教學、持續成長的重要動力。能再度獲選為教學特優教師,是莫大的榮幸,也更堅定我持續於教學、研究與輔導中深耕,落實作為教師的使命與初心。
