During my five years of teaching in the Department of International Business at Chung Yuan Christian University, my primary teaching philosophy has been to ensure that every student who takes my courses can enjoy learning, experience happiness in learning, and be fully engaged in their studies. Therefore, from the beginning of my tenure at Chung Yuan, I have focused on course design starting from the syllabus of each course. I carefully consider the difficulty level and design of each course, incorporating real-life case studies to enhance student engagement and interest. My aim is to instill in students the correct learning motivation and attitude, allowing them to recognize the meaningfulness of their studies and truly enjoy the process of learning, filled with happiness and a sense of fulfillment.

我在中原大學國際經營與貿易學系之教學，已屆滿五年，在這五年間，我最主要的教學理念就是希望每一位修我課的學生，可以在課程中，享受學習、快樂學習、學習滿滿。因此，從我初到中原任教的開始，就從每一門課的課程大綱開始著手進行課程設計，以斟酌課程的難易度安排及設計各課程，從貼近生活的案例來提升學生專注度及興趣，期望讓學生以正確的學習動機與態度，讓學生感受學習是有意義的，而能享受學習、快樂學習、學習滿滿。
