When preparing the curriculum, the focus is placed on designing student-centered courses. In actual teaching, various instructional methods such as questioning, in-class quizzes, group collaboration, and digital learning are utilized. By promptly identifying students’ learning issues and making immediate adjustments to the teaching approach, the teaching and learning process becomes a continuous cycle. As students gain a better understanding of the curriculum, their motivation to learn naturally increases, and they can achieve academic success through their efforts. Meanwhile, educators can receive feedback on teaching effectiveness and gain more motivation and enthusiasm for teaching from students’ progress. I firmly believe that a teacher’s role is to impart knowledge, teach, and clarify doubts. As a teacher, it is essential to lead by example, establish a good role model, convey the correct learning attitudes and professional knowledge, and teach students problem-solving skills. This is the cultivation of a true educator. I hope to always remember my original intention on the path of teaching and uphold the concept of win-win teaching, where students achieve accomplishments and teachers receive feedback. I aspire to sow the seeds of hope among the aspiring students, and look forward to the day when they can blossom and bear fruit in their respective fields of expertise.
準備課程時,會以學生為主體設計課程,在實際教學課程中,運用提問、隨堂測驗、小組合作、數位學習等多元教學方式,適時察覺學生學習問題,並即時在授課方式上修正,透過這樣不斷循環的教與學過程,學生對課程理解,自然就會提升學習動機,並且能夠透過努力在學業成績上得到成就,而教學者從學生的進步中,亦能從教學成效得到回饋,進而有更多動力與熱忱投注到教學上。我始終相信:「師者,所以傳道、授業、解惑也。」身為老師,要從自身做起,建立良好典範,傳達正確的學習態度與專業知識,並且要能教學生問題解決的能力,這是一位身為師者的涵養。期許自己在教學道路上能莫忘初衷,秉持著教學雙贏的理念──學生得到成就,教師得到回饋,在莘莘學子們上播下這些希望的種子,期待有一天學生們都能在自己的專業領域開花、結果。
