推動教師成立「教學工作坊」、「讀書會」等「成長社群」，透過交流，活絡教學間之互動與分享，透過擬定與落實教學改進策略，達到共同成長目標。

　　We encourage teachers to establish teaching workshops, study clubs and social media developments. By exchanging experiences and sharing ideas, we activate the teaching interactions. By planning and realizing teaching improvement strategies, we accomplish the goal of co-developing.
