According to the plan of the “2030 Bilingual National Policy Development Blueprint” issued by the Executive Yuan,  the center will cooperate with the Ministry of Education to promote the “Bilingual Learning Plan for College Students” in 2011. The two main axes of “improving teachers’English teaching ability and students’ English ability as a whole”, and supplemented by supporting measures “expanding bilingual manpower and resource sharing and inter-school cooperation”, gradually strengthen students’ English ability and promote all-English teaching (EMI) in schools, to enhance the international competitiveness of our higher education.
